Grafix Plastics ( Industrial Products Division ) sells direct to plastic distributors, printers, government agencies/military bases, builders/contractors, and OEM manufacturers, including those who produce laser cut stencils, signs and displays. Typically, our industrial customers are purchasing our products to serve as components of their own manufacturing processes, or as the raw materials that enable them to produce a product or service. (Note: Only in the case of government agencies do we sell to what are considered end users.)

Both divisions of our company sell our standard product range though a number of different distributors and resellers. We will occasionally refer potential industrial customers to distributors and resellers, when the customers’ quantity and budget requirements aren’t compatible with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We aim to meet your needs in the most appropriate way, to keep you AND your budget satisfied!

Keep in mind that all our resellers don’t necessarily stock everything we offer. If you’re having trouble finding what you need, our Consumer Products Division can help point you in the right direction.
Most of the retailers we work with can also help you purchase custom-size materials. Depending on your requirements, minimum orders and extended lead times might apply. Our Consumer Products Division can help you find the right retailers or distributors that can support you.

In order to buy direct from Grafix Plastics, you must be a business that is recognized as such by an appropriate tax authority (local, state or national).
- We require a $150.00 minimum order. Custom manufactured orders may require a larger minimum, to be determined on a per quote basis.
- For established customers with approved credit, orders can ship on open account terms 1 % 10 Net 30 Days. Otherwise, payment can be made by C.O.D. or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Customers who wish to apply for credit will be asked to furnish a bank reference and three trade references.
Our standard lead time is 3-5 business days to ship a stocked/standard item. Lead time for custom converted items will be determined on a per quote basis.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges from our warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio USA, unless otherwise specified. We ship by Federal Express Ground for shipments under 100 pounds. We suggest that shipments over 100 pounds ship by freight truck. Other arrangements for shipping are available upon request. We are happy to ship collect, or third party collect by your preferred carrier.
